My Personal Review on Baby Einstein Musical Motion Activity Jumper

Baby is loved … until it broke. If you are a parent who bought this and piano / music box insert is broken, call 1-800-230-8190 in Kids 2 and ask for a replacement. Apparently, this part has been broken so many times not to ask any questions. It is also common that the party is pending, so you want to call immediately. See the rest of my review for more details, but wanted to save some precious time unfortunate father, so this on top. My four months old, loved this from the moment she sat in it. He could spend an hour to find easily. She especially liked hitting the piano / music box insert. Unfortunately this was short lived as the piano / music box stopped working after only two weeks. We replaced the batteries, but the picture never worked again. I did some research online and discovered that other parents had complained about the same problem. He had suggested calling the manufacturer for a replacement, but nobody had the number. After a few calls around me, finally contacted Kids 2 and offered to send a replacement within a month. Six weeks later, I called to see him and told him that “things are often delayed from China and this is in order again.” When I asked how long would I say that maybe another 4 to 6 weeks. That’s a total of more than three months to get a replacement part from the manufacturer. That if you really deliver this time. I’m not holding my breath. I will not buy any Kids 2 new products in the short term. Without unity of piano, there are really only two sections left to entertain the baby exerciser. She likes to chew sunflower, but the article does not have other toys, so the other two inserts get most of their attention. Fortunately, the goalkeeper also has loops to attach toys to others. If it were not for the fact that we could attach toys of others, would really missed the piano. In summary, I would have given this product five stars if not for the piano. My daughter loved it. She still likes to play on the bridge and use it every day. I took a star away from a defective part, obviously, of the equipment. I took away another star for the ridiculously long time it will take to the replacement to arrive. If you are one of the lucky parents who did not get a defective integration of music, I bet you’ll love this product. UPDATE – August 1, 2008 So I got the replacement part and piano, as I thought, which broke nearly two weeks after it was received. I called customer Baby Einstein (1-800-793-1454 symbol # 5) and were fantastic. They contacted Kids 2 for me and requested a refund of the full price of the toy. 2 Kids called me and were very apologetic and helpful. They are sending a refund check, and another replacement inserted piano. My daughter still loves the toy and use the piano every day (when it works). I wanted to let you all know that customer service is amazing with Baby Einstein. If you get a gorilla broken, you will get great support from Baby Einstein support staff (Mary and Donna).
